    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chair, look at page 340 of the Bill you will see Section 23. So we have dealt with the amendments which were proposed by Hon. Millie which I withdrew. I suppose that subsection (2) and (3) are the same. The difference is how we pronounce ourselves on HANSARD because we have finished what the Leader of the Majority Party did in subsection (2). Now we are in subsection (3) which is in the Bill and there is no amendment. We just need to put the Question to the plenary and vote on it."
