There are no emergency measures in place for the remaining 90,000 residents of Naivasha. That is the gist of the Question. Could the Assistant Minister confirm that there are no emergency measures and that the Kshs10 million is supposed to be also the contingency for the 90,000 who cannot be serviced by the system which he has admitted was meant for 30,000 people?"
