    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Naivasha contributes 90 per cent of the agricultural Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to this Government, which involves payment to this Ministry. Some of the money they are using is from Naivasha. Now, we are nearing a situation where Lake Naivasha will be poisoned by 90,000 residents whose sewage does not have contingency measures. Am I in order to request that this Question be deferred or referred to the relevant Committee so that these urgent issues can be dealt with?"
