    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, now that I am here, I am not intimidated. We have been consulting with the Majority Leader. The amendments we had were giving the power to the Chief Land Registrar to deal with matters of county and national level. As you know, public land can fall at the county level and also at the national level. For that reason, we withdrew ours which was focusing on Chief Land Registrar so that we can talk about the national Government and the county government. So, we are not intimidated in any way."
