    "content": " I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended by deleting the proposed amendment to section 2 of the Land Registration Act, 2012. I am deleting all proposed amendments to Section 2, of the Land Registration Act, 2012. The stakeholders need to be consulted. The Attorney-General, through a letter dated 22nd August, 2018, concurred with me and said we need to do it in a substantive Bill. I beg to move by deleting all the proposed amendments on Section 2 of the Land Registration Act, 2012."
