    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing is here. He will agree with me that all the proposed amendments to the National Transport Safety Authority (NTSA) should be deleted for the simple reason that the Committee, the Ministry and the NTSA raised concerns on these amendments. After consulting with the Attorney-General and putting it in writing, we agreed to withdraw and allow the Committee to bring their own amendments to that section. I ask for deletion."
