    "content": "The Departmental Committee on Education was thinking about six years instead of five years. The challenge with this is the second term is not automatic. When it is not automatic, if you do three years, then you are shown the door, you have done zero. By the time you are starting your second year, you are already thinking about whether you are going to be reappointed or not and now the politics come in. I am speaking as a student leader who sat in the university Senate and the university council at Kenyatta University. It is a serious matter. I am the student leader who sent Eshiwani away after working for 11 years at Kenyatta University. Let us give them five years, let them do a good job and turn around what they can and leave. That is what we have currently. If we have six years, it would be better."
