    "content": "Hon. Ichung’wah, you need to know that things have changed. Before, there was a senior constituent of Kiambu called Sir Charles Njonjo who was a member of all commissions. The Constitution explains what the Attorney General does in Article 156. He should not be a member of commissions. He is only an adviser to the Government. Are you giving the Attorney-General new functions? It would be unconstitutional to the extent that we will be giving the Attorney-General new functions that are not in the Constitution. You need to explain very well why the Attorney-General must be there."
