    "content": "I am seeking to delete. It is good that the Leader of the Majority listens so that he does not incite people. The principal Act as it was in 2012 had created a panel that was in place of a Commission. Section 6(1) was introduced through the amendment of 2016 that created the new Commission for University Education and listed its composition as listed now in Section 6(1). This is the one I sought to include the Attorney General. Section 2 all the way to Section 6(10) became redundant. Therefore, it is just a clean-up."
