    "content": " My work is to educate the House on what Hon. Ichung’wah is purporting to do. He is deleting Sections 6(2), 6(3) and 6(4). I will take you through them one by one. Section 6(2) says that a person who was serving as a member of the Commission prior to the commencement of the section shall continue to serve as a member for the remainder of his or her term. That is a transition clause. He is deleting it."
