    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. On top of the Statement being sought by hon. Ethuro with regard to the problems we are facing in northern Kenya, we are equally concerned about the food situation in northern Kenya. I would like to plead with the Chair that this matter be given proper attention and if possible, the Minister should bring a Statement this afternoon because the situation is critical. People are really starving and collapsing every other day in the market due to scarcity of food. The Government should take this matter very seriously."
