    "content": "This one is inserting a new paragraph immediately after paragraph (e) to exercise any of the functions specified in section 20(1)(e) of the principal Act. This, again, is in line with the first amendment we did to section 2 of the Act in terms of tidying up the definition of a university to also give those universities that have interim letters of authority the same mandate as those that already have a charter.
