T.J., is that a university with a letter of interim authority cannot offer courses. Am I right? As we sit here today, we have over 10 universities. They still offer courses but are attached to a university. They do everything. We do not want a situation whereby a university suffers yet it has invested in infrastructure and human capital and then they are denied accreditation just because they have a Letter of Interim Authority. They must be given a charter."
