    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. When we discussed this particular amendment we did not see the need for amending the same. I would like to pursue the line of Hon. T. J. Kajwang’ about the DPP and the Judiciary. I would like to request the Leader of the Majority Party to remove both of them. This is because Judiciary is supposed to interpret the law. In the process of making these laws we have the Law Reform Commission which is very critical in making our laws. I think having the Judiciary there is misplaced. I propose that he removes the Judiciary and the DPP and the rest can remain."
