What he is deleting in Section 8(4), if you read it is that, “the Director General of this institution shall hold office for a period of four years, which period may be renewed once after every satisfactory performance as evaluated by the commission”. So, there must be a very good reason you want to delete an office in this institution. This is a Government Bill and this is the Committee of the whole House. There must be a good reason. If there will be no Director General because you are deleting it, so what?"
