    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I want to pick up from what Hon. Wanga has said. Basically, this is how I understand this proposed amendment. The Chair is telling us that he does not want us to change what already exists in the current law. If that is the case, then I am in a good place because the way it has come out, it looks like he is trying to change what is in the current amendment using the proposed amendment. But, if he wants it to remain the same, then I guess we are a bit more informed. I think that is why some of my colleagues were saying it was clear what he meant."
