Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended in the proposed amendments to the Wildlife Conservation and Management Act by – (c) in the proposed amendment to section 8(2) (f) by— (i) deleting the word “four” and substituting therefor the word “five”; (ii) inserting the words “one of whom shall be from local community wildlife areas” at the end of the paragraph; This amendment seeks to introduce an expert to the Board of Trustees of Kenya Wildlife Service. This will ensure that experience that is required will be sorted out by the Authority."
