    "content": "THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended in the proposed amendments to the Wildlife Conservation and Management Act – (d) in the proposed amendment to section 18 by deleting the proposed new section 18 and substituting therefor the following new section— (1) Each county shall have a Community Wildlife Conservation Committee, consisting of— (a) a Chairperson appointed by the Cabinet Secretary being the County Commissioner; (a) an officer of the Service for the county who shall be the Secretary; (b) an agricultural officer based in the respective administrative Conservation"
