    "content": "I would be surprised if this aspect of management will not feature in this Ministry’s rating when we look at the performance contracts. So, for them to do well, we need the funds like yesterday. I fully support the Members and I am convinced that the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Mr. Kenyatta is a man who listens and he has done a few wonders since he joined that Ministry. I want him to support this Committee by remitting those funds as a matter of urgency."
