    "content": "This is an amendment to the Public Finance Management Act. It is a very important amendment to all of us. We are passing it to enable provisions in the Public Finance Management Act that will enable the Parliamentary Service Commission with the approval of the House to establish statutory funds under its control for the welfare of Members and staff of the Parliamentary Service Commission when it comes to mortgage and car loan. They are currently under regulations, so, we want to anchor it in the Public Finance Management Act."
