Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move that the Motion for agreement with the Report of the Committee of the whole House be amended by inserting the following words at the end thereof, subject to recommittal of the Bill with regard to: i. Provisions relating to the Registration of Persons Act, Cap 107. ii. The provisions relation to the Higher Education Loans Board Act 1995 (No. 3 of 1995 in respect of Section 4. iii. The provisions relating to the Copyright Act, 2001 (No.12 of 2001) in respect of new Section 6 (1) (a). iv. All the provisions relating to the Kenya School of Law Act, 2012 (No.26 of 2012). v. The provisions relating to the Universities Act (No.42 of 2012) in respect of Section 15(2). Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
