However, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance should do something urgently and release the funds to the Members of Parliament. Finally, I thank those who voted in the new Constitution. This is because it provides for the Revenue Allocation Commission and other avenues through which such funds will be allocated and used well at the constituency level and elsewhere. With those few remarks, I beg to support this Motion."
