They have put up the school and, definitely, want teachers. They also want the school to be registered. Is it necessary that the teachers must be there when they go to the DEB for registration? This is because in this case, they do not even have teachers employed by the board of governors. Are the conditions that you have given here necessary? Number six is “certified copies of professional and academic certificates of all teachers and certified copies of registration certificates of the teachers with the TSC, yet they have no teachers but the school and students are there. They want the school to be registered."
