"content": "Thank you Madam Temporary Speaker. I also want to take this opportunity to congratulate my good and learned friend, Sen. Ochillo-Ayacko, on his nomination to serve in these Committees. I have known him for many years. We were students together at the University of Nairobi and I succeeded him as the Treasurer of the Students Union of the University of Nairobi (SONU). I, therefore, know him as a man with immense leadership capabilities. I was very happy when he joined politics and became a Member of Parliament (MP) ahead of some of us. It is also good to see the people of Migori showing confidence in him by electing him as the Senator of our neighbouring County of Migori. I congratulate and wish him well as he serves in these two Committees. Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker."
