    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for this opportunity to speak on the nomination of Sen. Ochillo-Ayacko, otherwise known as George Mbogo, to these two important Committees. Madam Temporary Speaker, when I saw the Majority Leader speaking on television yesterday, and was referring to the names Kipchumba and another one, I said: ―Yes, he may be the son of someone called Kipchumba Murkomen, and that is why he has done very well; if he is like his father.‖"
