    "content": "I strongly believe that when a Member is supposed to raise a Question, it should be done as per the Standing Orders of the House which is clearly provided for in Standing Order No.42A, 42C and 2659(J). One, it is the manner in which a Member can raise a Question. I have raised this because of the sensitivity of the issue. The Question raised by Hon. Keynan touches on the boarder issue and has led to the loss of 127 lives and destruction of property like schools. The manner in which the Question is asked by being given to a staff of Parliament; directly asked and an answer is given and circulated without passing through the relevant Committee of the House."
