    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for registration to be done, there must be someone applying for it. Of course, you started it as a project and so, there must be a project committee or somebody that was formed to help in running this project. There must be a DEO in that district. So, the DEO will help you do the application. If you bring the application to us, we will have it registered. I do not think that there is a problem here. It is a new school and there are certain things that will have to be indicated. But get the advice from the DEO who will help you and it will be done."
