Some of these things we are passing in this House can easily be abused by bureaucrats on the ground. I do not know why it is necessary that we should give extra things like the LR No. We should only limit ourselves to the name of a place, say location or sub-location. Why do we create confusion with things that will be misused and create chaos when people are being registered? There are some areas where the issue of LR No. is not known completely."
