    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me an opportunity. I congratulate the Leader of the Majority Party and the respective Committees. I have spoken to this before. I agree with Hon. Moses Kuria - which is very rare - that we are moving in the wrong direction. It is not good for us to pass a miscellaneous amendments Bill of over 60 pieces of legislation because every law passed is susceptible to challenge in a court of law.
