    "content": "So, the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill, 2018 is now before the House. If you permit me, Hon. Speaker, I need to make some highlights of some of its key provisions. We all gear up to passing it in order to implement the two-thirds gender rule and ensure the membership of the National Assembly and that of the Senate conform to the dictates of the Constitution as enshrined in Article 81(b) of the Constitution."
