    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. At the outset, I want to really thank the Mover of this Bill, the Seconder and the men of this House who have spoken about this Bill. As you have already mentioned, this Bill is not just about women but gender. By the look of things, when these Members of Parliament go to primary schools, high schools, universities and the corporate world, you will note that women are rising slowly. I would like to urge Members of this House to support this Bill because you never know. We are talking about shortage of women this time but in the next few years, we might actually have shortage of men in this House. I know they would like to be treated the same."
