"content": "We also need assistance of political parties. This particular amendment, as soon as we pass it, will become law. Therefore, it can be implemented immediately. We may also have to pass another enabling legislation. I am sure it will be fast. Within no time, they will legitimise this House by complying with the Constitution. If we do so, it can happen within the 12th Parliament. Therefore, we will be looking forward to having 22 more members. I believe this will be shared amongst political parties using the formula that we have been using."
