    "content": "There are very many Kenyans who want to contribute, and I do not want to repeat what other great speakers have said on this matter. The cases of Rwanda and Uganda are amazing at how practical it is to have gender equity in parliament as required by their respective constitutions. I believe Kenya will lead in this respect. It has already been progressive. It has already happened.
