    "content": "I can remember Dr. Nyikal was also there dealing on some of those issues. I support this Bill and ask that we should not support it on the microphone. On the day of voting I would like to ask that at least 235 of us be here to make sure we can vote. We could do it for the show, but on the actual day we end up with no quorum to vote. Like it happened when we had Hon. Chris Wamalwa’s Bill which we all supported but on the d-day the requisite quorum was not achieved."
