"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I stand here in respect to the amendment to the Constitution, a Constitution that we spent endless years to get to where we are. In principle the Constitution is clear, we have to comply or face the prospects of breaching the Constitution. Article 27(3) of the Constitution is explicitly clear that women and men have a right to equal treatment, including the right to equal opportunities in political, economic, cultural and social spheres."
