    "content": "As I stand here, in my constituency, enrolment in primary and secondary schools, girls and boys are almost at the same level. They are almost equal in terms of performance. Definitely, the grace for affirmative action, while it has achieved its ultimate goal, there is fear. Many reports and studies conducted have shown that continued dolling out positions on the basis of affirmative action will stunt the growth and achievement of the benefits women have achieved."
