    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it will be remembered that the Early Childhood Education Bill, 2018, had gone to the level of Presidential assent in the previous House, but it was overtaken by events and returned to this House. This Bill now has to go through the Second and Third Reading. I request that it is given priority, because it has been appearing here and we have not allocated time for it. I, therefore, request that it be given an opportunity on Tuesday next week so that it goes through the Second and Third Reading."
