    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Assistant Minister has said that the new districts have all been allocated motor vehicles. Is he in order to say so when as a matter of fact, the DC, Kisumu North District, has no vehicle at all? The Assistant Minister said that 754 vehicles were purchased, my Mathematics show that out of the 754 motor vehicles, 436 were given out to the Provincial Administration, police and AP. What criteria was used to distribute the balance of these motor vehicles?"
