    "content": "On public participation, the Committee held two public hearings. In future, the Committee may consider holding such meetings outside Nairobi. We did several engagements with the National Treasury on the County Allocation of Revenue (Amendment) Bill, 2018 on 7th November, 2018. We engaged the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development on the construction of projects of county headquarters, county assembly chambers and offices for speakers, governors and deputy speakers."
