    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Assistant Minister said that he is short of 700 vehicles so that he is able to provide for all those needy areas. But, generally, every Member of Parliament who stands here will tell you that they are lacking a vehicle here or there. That is what is happening. Could he tell the House what they are doing to address security concerns by way of providing for these vehicles countrywide? We do not want everybody to stand here, asking for a vehicle and then he promises us that he will provide them and, three months later, we do not get them."
