    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is a very big challenge but as I said earlier, we are discussing with the Treasury because there was no adequate budgetary provision in this particular year. We were only given Kshs198 million to buy vehicles. If we were to buy Land Rovers, we can only have 62 Land Rovers. So, we are engaging the Treasury to ensure that we get the necessary support in this area. But, in the meantime, we will continue sharing resources with the mother districts."
