In fact, I keep telling myself that it is very simple to make sanitary pads. One needs to arrange the cotton and put perforated film on it. However, why do we choose to import? Why do we do that? It points to some of the corrupt deals that go on in this country. This is because this country has become a net importer of everything, including tooth picks.
