    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, looking at the list of vehicles that have been distributed countrywide and considering my situation, I have said that I have eleven administrative divisions and eleven district officers and none of them has a vehicle. The three district APs, none of them has a vehicle. Could the Assistant Minister confirm that he is going to provide vehicles for use by the district officers and the APs in the three districts, if we are going to combat crime? He has said that is one of the criteria for allocating vehicles."
