    "content": "because they must be provided for free, then we are able to give them the dignity that the law requires that we provide for our citizens. So it must be something that we do and it must be done now. I thank Sen. Sen. Halake for bringing this Motion. Like I said, I cannot support it enough because I have never even looked at it like this. I was not aware if this is what was going on. However, we will work together to make sure that we are able to preserve the dignity and the right to work of our girls and women who are 52 per cent of the population of this country. Many of them are also disadvantaged even as far as getting jobs and the sort of wages they get. By at least lessening this burden, where we have our local manufacturers producing the pads, then our low income earners will be able to afford and access these pads. We can then make sure that they live their lives in dignity."
