    "content": "As much as we are supporting this Bill, it should be structured. I have gone through the Bill and it has structures for management. It provides for the establishment of a trustee, who will oversee the pension scheme. It is a very important one. The people who will be re-elected or nominated as trustees must be vetted properly, so that we can have people of good moral standings to take care of the funds and check on misappropriation that we have seen in many other sectors."
