    "content": "When you look through, the Bill makes provision of personal liability on those who will be overseeing the scheme. This is best practice in pension schemes. At one point, I was a trustee of a pension scheme and I can tell you, if properly managed, workers of county governments and assemblies will benefit very much when they retire as a result of this Bill. With those comments, I support the Bill. I hope when this House supports the Bill, it is going to push the Senate to get, at least, one in the centre and then we can harmonise the two Bills to have one law which takes care of the county government employees.
