It will also try to wade off discrimination because our brothers and sisters who work in the public service feel discriminated. Equally, the Bill is geared towards building capital that is essential for our development and Big Four Agenda. It is a bit fallacious to hear a Member saying that there are some cartels trying to get this capital. If you go through the Bill, you will see that the money is well audited. Provision for audit is there and for running the scheme and there are also tribunals."
