    "content": "I need to give a re-cap and I will not take very long even if I am entitled to a whole hour. The contents of the Report will speak for themselves. I want to give an overview. The mandate of this Committee as per the Standing Order No. 206 is to examine the reports and accounts of the public investments; examine the reports, if any, of the Auditor-General on the public investments; and examine, in the context of the autonomy and efficiency of the public investments, whether their affairs of the public investments are being managed in accordance with sound financial or business principles and prudent commercial practices."
