    "content": "This Committee began its sitting from February 2018. So far, we were able to hold 91 sittings in which the reports of the Auditor-General on the accounts of 21 State corporations were examined for various financial years. In the execution of our mandate, we were guided by the National Assembly Standing Orders, the Constitution of Kenya, the National Assembly Powers and Privileges Act Cap.6, the State Corporations Act Cap.446, the Public Procurement and Disposal Act, 2005 and the current one of 2015, the Public Procurement and Disposal Regulations 2006, Public Audit Act, 2003, Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 among many others."
