    "content": "Another issue we have noticed is lack of ownership documents for land and buildings. This spreads across a majority of State corporations. One of them is the NSSF that has lands in Mavoko and Upper Hill. The National Land Commission (NLC) and the Ministry are yet to resolve issues. The Kenya School of Law owns property in Upper Hill and the National Council for Population and Development owns land in Murang'a, Kisii and Nairobi and several parcels of land belonging to Kenya Railways.
